Glue Guns and Phasers is a web series and convention workshop hosted by Mary Czerwinski. She started this venture with Brandi Clark and is now producing the show with Connor Bright. Mary and Brandi are podcasters and Star Trek fans who met at the annual Star Trek Las Vegas convention. Like Mary and Brandi, Connor shares their love of crafts and Trek. Glue Guns and Phasers will roll out episodes featuring a myriad of guest hosts who join Mary and Connor on "away missions," teaching them about their special skill set.
Mary started crafting at about age 3, assisting her grandma with hula costumes. She would glue on shells and shred raffia with the best of them! Mary is the co-producer and host of DVD Geeks where she's known as the "Televixen." She was featured in the Star Trek Craft Book. Czerwinski has been the face of CreationTV for many memorable Star Trek celebrity interviews. She also collaborates with Roddenberry Entertainment as an interviewer and archivist. Czerwinski thinks crafts ought to be accessible. Her favorite crafting technique is decoupage.
